£250 Website Offer Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions for the £250 offer are as follows;

1. The chosen domain will be registered to Parconception Limited and will be leased to the customer on an annual basis. All rights to the domain name will be retained by Parconception Limited including the use for any purpose.
2. All designs created by Parconception Limited will remain the copyright of Parconception Limited.
3. The registered domain will be .co.uk or .org.uk although other top level domains may be chosen at an additional charge.
4. The website will consist of a maximum of three static html pages although further pages and applications may be leased at an additional charge.
5. Parconception will continue to lease the domain and the website thereby hosted for a consideration of £80.00 + VAT per annum plus any additional charge levied for domains other than .co.uk or .org.uk.
6. Parconception reserve the right to change terms and pricing at any time by giving the customer a notice period of one calendar month.
7. Payment for this offer must be received by Parconception Limited prior to any domain registration or design work being performed.
8. These terms are to be used in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions and where any conflict arises between these terms and those of the standard terms, these terms will apply.
9. In the event of any section of these terms or those of our standard terms being unenforceable in English law, this will not nullify any other sections which will remain valid in full.
